As directed in the collection instructions, raise foot if possible and safe to do so to allow for a better collection position and improved visibility.

Hold swab below break point to ensure hand does not come in contact with sample.

Be sure to swab for the full 20 seconds, making contact with vaginal walls and rotating in full circles.
